What we collect and why.

Last updated September 14, 2026. This notice covers the Keepsake Issue catalogue and the support process for its digital products.

Information you provide

If you email keepsakeissue@gmail.com, we receive the email address, message and any files or details you choose to send. Please do not send payment-card information or private photos unless support specifically requires a small, relevant file.

Purchases

The current catalogue does not accept payment. If checkout is enabled, Stripe will process payment and may collect information such as your name, email, billing address, payment details, device information and transaction data under its own privacy notice. Keepsake Issue receives the order and contact information needed to provide the download, prevent fraud, answer support requests and maintain accounting records. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Technical information

The hosting service may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser type, request time and requested path. The seller has not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or a customer form to this catalogue.

How information is used

• To answer product and file-support questions.
• To deliver and verify purchases if checkout is enabled.
• To prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors and keep accounting records.
• To send marketing only when you separately ask to receive it or provide any consent required by law. A purchase alone is not treated as marketing consent.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers that host the site, process payments, deliver email or help us meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, customer support, accounting or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when practical.

Your questions

To ask about information connected with a support request or order, email keepsakeissue@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing information. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy law are not limited by this notice.

We may update this notice when the site, checkout or product lines change. The current version will remain available at this address.
