Keepsake IssuePERSONAL GIFTS, IN YOUR WORDS

CUSTOMER TERMS

Simple terms for a digital gift.

1. Who sells the product

Keepsake Issue is currently operated by Liam Udland in Washington, United States. The legal seller and contact details shown on a future checkout receipt control if they differ from this page. Questions can be sent to keepsakeissue@gmail.com.

2. What you receive

The Birthday Issue is a one-time digital download containing one editable PowerPoint (.pptx) template and a text setup guide. It is not a printed magazine, printing service, custom-editing service, Canva template or mobile application. The current catalogue page is pre-launch and does not accept payments.

3. Price, tax and delivery

The planned launch price is $9.99 USD before any applicable tax. When checkout is enabled, the checkout page will show the total, any applicable tax and the available delivery method before payment. Tax is calculated from the buyer’s location and the seller’s active registrations; a payment processor does not replace the seller’s registration or filing obligations.

After a successful payment, delivery will be made through the checkout confirmation or another method stated at checkout. Do not rely on a purchase until the payment receipt confirms it.

4. Personal-use license

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit the template and export finished copies for personal gifts to friends and family. You may privately share or print a finished export. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload or share the blank editable template, or use it to provide a commercial design service. See the full personal-use license.

5. Your photos and words

You are responsible for the photos, text, names, likenesses, song references and other material you add. Use material you created or have permission to use, and obtain any consent needed for people shown in a finished gift. Keepsake Issue does not claim ownership of your content and does not grant permission to use someone else’s content.

6. Compatibility and support

A computer and a compatible editor that opens editable PowerPoint files are recommended. Fonts may substitute, and photo areas are ordinary editable boxes rather than automatic photo frames. Canva and mobile compatibility are not promised. Printing, binding, software subscriptions and custom editing are not included. We provide reasonable help for download or file problems; never send payment-card details or sensitive personal photos by email.

7. File-problem refunds

If a paid file is missing, corrupt or materially different from the description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may first provide a replacement and will issue a refund when a reasonable replacement cannot solve the problem. Because the product is delivered digitally, change-of-mind refunds after a successful download may be limited where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable consumer right.

8. Changes and availability

We may correct errors, update a product or change a price before a purchase. A change does not alter an order already accepted. We may suspend a product for maintenance, security or legal reasons and will use the support email for order-related follow-up when needed.

9. Third-party names

Microsoft PowerPoint is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Keepsake Issue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Any other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Contact

For questions about an order or these terms, email keepsakeissue@gmail.com. Please include the order email and product name, but never include full card numbers or private photos.
